Food Safety Policy:

We are committed to the manufacture of high quality nutraceutical products meeting customers’ requirements, maintaining industry best practice in food safety through conformance to international standards ISO 22000, Codex CAC Code of Practice in Sanitation & Hygiene & in HACCP requirements in addition to compliance with Malaysia Standards MS 1480, HALAL & regulatory requirements in Malaysian Food Act 1983 & Food Regulations 1985 & MS 1514 on Food GMP as well as MOH requirements on traditional herbal healthcare products.

Through these international food safety systems and initiatives, we are committed to ensure food safety in the raw material supply chains through our role in communication and evaluation of our suppliers against basic food safety requirements. As part of the FSMS / HACCP implementation we are committed in continual improvement of Good Manufacturing Practice.

The Policy is widely communicated through the FSMS/ HACCP & GMP team to the other members of the organization at operational levels of both Companies for effective implementation and maintenance.

The quality policy is reviewed annually for suitability and effectiveness against a set of measurable food safety objectives

We are committed to ensure our extracted herbs products in compliance to the regulatory requirements. Furthermore, we also never compromise on food quality and safety issue of our products, and always ensure our products meet customers’ expectation.
